We give personal attention in a private setting. You will work One-on-One with a Fitness Together trainer in a private studio. Our staff will design a custom exercise program that aligns directly with your lifestyle and personal goals.




About One-on One Training

Fitness Together's one-of-a-kind private studios are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals during your exclusive One-on-One Private Personal sessions. During each regularly scheduled training session, you will work One-on-One with your trainer in one of our fully-equipped private training suites.


What Our Exceptional Personal Trainers Do For You


To fully understand the difference a personal trainer can make in a workout experience and in measurable results you have to experience the Fitness Together program yourself. All Fitness Together trainers hold degrees and additional certifications in fitness training. They also undergo a rigorous in-house training program where they become experts at helping people succeed. At different times your trainer should function as your colleague, your coach, or your teacher. Our purpose is to help our clients achieve and maintain optimal health.



Results Measurement (Assessments)


Every 5 weeks we also provide a comprehensive full color fitness reports that will show your progress relative to your goal.


During your workout session we work to not only give you direction but also explain the reasons behind our methods so you'll know exactly what we're doing and why.


Finally, and perhaps most importantly we demand accountability, in order to bring about real change, we've found that people benefit most by having a personal fitness coach who is directly responsible for their success in the program. They will demand accountability - not unkindly, but firmly - because it is necessary for success, and as we've already said, success is our business.


Because your personal trainer develops a workout plan and organizes each workout for you, all you need to do is come ready to work with your trainer.
